Short Description:
Designed for textile and other low-pressure industrial applications, the 3/4/5 Bar PM VSD Two-Stage Screw Air Compressor is available from 15kW to 250kW. Its optimized screw air end, low-speed operation, and two-stage compression deliver outstanding energy efficiency, low noise, reduced vibration, and extended service life. It can be integrated with an air tank, refrigerated air dryer, and precision filter to provide a complete, reliable compressed air solution.
The low-pressure two-stage compression design maximizes energy savings by reducing compression ratios and minimizing leakage. An efficient intercooling system lowers air temperature for near-isothermal compression, delivering 5–8% lower energy consumption than single-stage compressors while reducing bearing loads, extending service life, and improving overall reliability.
