The 8–15 Bar PM VSD Two-Stage Screw Air Compressor is available from 15kW to 250kW and is designed for maximum energy efficiency and reliable industrial performance. Featuring a direct-drive integrated motor and air end, it eliminates coupling and gear transmission losses while increasing air delivery by up to 15% compared to conventional single-stage compressors. It can be paired with an air tank, refrigerated air dryer, and precision filter to provide a complete, high-performance compressed air system.
The low-pressure two-stage compression design maximizes energy savings by reducing compression ratios and minimizing leakage. An efficient intercooling system lowers air temperature for near-isothermal compression, delivering 5–8% lower energy consumption than single-stage compressors while reducing bearing loads, extending service life, and improving overall reliability.
